Away
from the noise of the boutiques and restaurants, this large(30
square meter/325 square feet) luxury studio has been restored
in june 2006.The room has very high beams celling and a window
wich looks out into the courtyard. Situated on the first floor
( American 2nd floor), it enjoys an absolute calm and a complete
SAFETY. (2 secured gates with two security systems and intercom
).
The
living room has a window equipped with an electric shutter and
curtains. It is furnished with two single size beds that can be
turned into a KING-SIZE-BED , beside tables, a sofa, a dining
table with four chairs, a desk and built-in closets, 2 armchairs.
The MEZZANINE, where we cannot stand, is furnished with TWO SINGLE
BEDS , built-in shelves, and wall to wall carpet floor. AIR CONDITIONER
for two levels.
The
open kitchen has a window and it is equipped with two electric
plates, a small refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher,
a expresso coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The entrance
hall has a built-in closet containing an IRON and ironing board.
The tiled bathroom has a BATHTUBE, a washbasin, a toilette, a
HAIR DRYER and a WASHING MACHINE. There is a window inside. Heath
and hot water are both electric.
The
Seine river surrounds this island and it is one of Paris' best
attraction...

Metro Pont Marie no 7 takes you directly to the Louvre, l'Opera
Garnier, le Grand Palais, les Champs Elysees, major Departments
Stores ( Printemps and Galeries Lafayette ).You can take the bus
87 from the corner to go to Eiffel Tower.
Autobus
86 and 87 goes to Saint Germain. Near,métro "RER B3
"goes directly to Charles de Gaulle Airport and "RER
C5 "goes to " Chateau de Versailles"
